How to meet customers’ needs for healthy eating?

It is no wonder that Brazil is already the fourth country in the consumption of healthy food, according to data from Euromonitor. Healthy foods are those with moderate amounts of salt and sugar, free of gluten and/or lactose, free of artificial ingredients, and produced in sustainable ways.
