Dry Extract
We develop dry extracts with different levels
of active concentration
Eating is an experience rich in stories, and to bring out the best of them we pay close attention to all the details.
From in-depth knowledge of each raw material and its properties, source, transformations, and interactions, to the processes that ensure food safety, everything is carefully analyzed and approved.
Our suppliers are thoroughly selected to meet the most demanding food quality, sustainability, and safety requirements.
Through our product lines, we establish a connection with nature, a connection between the senses and functionality. Whether through flavor or the active components from different plants and fruits, each ingredient delivers replicability and stability through production processes fully aligned with Food Quality and Safety Standards to meet the strict requirements of the Food Industry.

Plant Extracts
The PLANT EXTRACTS, also known as DRY EXTRACTS or POWDERED EXTRACTS, are obtained through the extraction of the active ingredients of a given plant or fruit.
First, the plant goes through a process called EXTRACTION, in which it goes through a process of maceration in a liquid solution, which may or may not contain some type of solvent. We offer products with aqueous or hydroalcoholic extraction. It is like making a super concentrated tea, in which all the active substances remain intact and in high dosage.
After the extraction stage is complete, the material proceeds to a process known as SPRAY DRYING or ATOMIZATION. In other words, this stage is when the DRYING process takes place, as well as where the liquid evaporates and the material turns into powder, or DRY EXTRACT.
Difference between dry extract and powder
Although the DRY EXTRACT is often called POWDER, due to its physical aspect, there are some differences between them, starting with the process, which is much more complex in the first case.
The POWDER is obtained by grinding the whole dry plant or one of its parts, in a much simpler way.
It is important to mention that DRY EXTRACTS have numerous advantages, such as less required storage space, more stability, and ease of standardization of the active ingredients present in its plants.
DRY EXTRACTS are good options for highlighting healthy claims in food and beverage formulations, as well as being incorporated into the development of new products.
